Starter package - 3 months

This initial 3-month phase will include strategic definitions to set out the market criteria. In other words, we'll shape your image and work with you to agree on:

• the necessary image that you wish to portray (creating the right positioning strategy).
• how best to define your service/product offering, and there by minimizing the risk of failure - we'll chose the best use of words to describe the offering.
• the geographic areas (by State) to target and the methodology to deploy, to create awareness in each state, one by one, including demographics.

Therefore deliverables from this stage will include:

• Written Strategic Plan document.

This initial 3-month phase will also see the production of:

• Supporting leaflet/brochure
  Write the creative brief, and from draft copy supplied by client, prepare final copy to compliment the creative brief to hand off to a designer for preparation of artwork and print. The core focus should be on the nature of certain vision problems and the benefits of this treatment. The whole proposition should be one of 'added value'.
• Creative brief for small website
  Write supporting creative brief, and from draft copy supplied by client, prepare final copy to hand off to web master to build 4-6 page website and upload.
• Prepare PR materials
  Write and prepare a standard press release master template (from outline supplied by client) and supporting bio and formatted articles for the preparation of a media kit.

Therefore, deliverables from this stage will include:

• Initial meeting (either phone conference or face to face if possible).
• Written creative brief (with conceptual outline) and final text for leaflet and 4-6 page website.
• Final written press release template and materials.
• Assembly of 10 completed press packs.

Printing, original photography and all web development are invoiced additionally as required by the project where agree with the client.

Travel costs beyond a 50-mile radius of our offices, international phone charges, couriers and shipping are invoiced additionally as required by the project where agreed with the client.
